We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Corporate Trust Analytics team. This role is located in Manchester, hybrid working.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- The Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager reports to the CT Accounting Director and manages the EMEA team that provides accounting/tax related functions for a group of Corporate Trust clients.
- Directs processes and allocation of resources to support accurate and timely delivery of client reports.
- Manages relationships with a broad set of clients, accounting firms and business partners.
- Directs and sets priorities for processes that check for completeness and accuracy.
- Provides guidance to teams managed to ensure that accounting records are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Resolves complex escalated issues from team members.
- Provides guidance and reviews work of team members.
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience and at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
- Chartered Accountant.
- Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
- People Leadership requirement: Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
