Senior Vice President, Global Operations Strategic Execution & Business Management
Location: London, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Drive unprecedented and complex analysis and strategic execution across Global Operations teams and regions by leading high‑impact initiatives that support operational priorities, strategies, and performance outcomes.
- Serve as the senior accountable owner for complex, cross‑functional initiatives of strategic importance, ensuring alignment, execution discipline, and measurable results.
- Synthesize operational, financial, and risk metrics into clear, executive‑level insights and narratives to support leadership decision‑making and operating reviews, including internal business and client meetings.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders by translating operational priorities into executable plans, performance measures, and governance routines.
- Lead and govern strategic programs and transformation initiatives, providing direction, challenge, and oversight to ensure disciplined and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Operations leadership team to align business management, reporting, and execution with operating, financial, and strategic objectives.
- Enable data‑driven decision‑making across Global Operations by delivering high‑quality management insights that support business results and long‑term strategic goals.
- Provide forward‑looking insights on client trends through analysis of historical data and emerging patterns to support client review discussions.
- Maximise team and operations staff effectiveness by fostering strong individual contributions and cohesive team performance in support of enterprise goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Experience in consulting/strategy and business management.
- Experience in global operations business management.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Proven track record of implementing strategic change in an operational environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maximise collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience in identifying and implementing operational strategies to enhance working practices and maximise operational efficiencies.
