We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Enterprise Senior Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Change Hub team. This role is located in Manchester – HYBRID. The Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) executes and enables transformative enterprise-wide strategic priorities, empowering the bank to achieve sustainable growth, agility, and operating leverage in a complex and ever-evolving business landscape. The Enterprise Change Hub, one of four functions in the ETO drives the execution of large enterprise programs on behalf of and in coordination with the accountable BNY Sponsor where change initiatives span multiple platforms and functions. As an Enterprise Senior Business Analyst you will gather, analyze, evaluate and assess detailed business information including operational processes, systems, data, controls and organizational metrics to provide critical enterprise-wide business analysis to our major program solution designs and value case development. Additionally, you will provide leadership and support to the build, test and implementation of those solutions and have knowledge and experience of Agile delivery and frameworks. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Provides technical leadership and business expertise in more than one business domains across lines of business. Serves in a cross-program role to ensure quality of the deliverables leveraging their expertise and drives innovation and strategic solutions within global, mission-critical, large-scale enterprise-wide programs. Directs and assists team to elicit, challenge, and prioritize business requirements and/ or user stories, translate into functional design and use case models. Provides guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation. Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address strategic business goals that span multiple, global business and technology areas. Participates in industry forums and keeps current on domain knowledge for their specific business and application areas of expertise. Applies experiences with existing software and/ or systems development processes to define and collect metrics and develop better processes to be used in the future. Actively influences software and/or systems development process improvement initiatives, including Agile development. Leads implementation/ conversion strategy planning and implementation. Manages the project scope, objectives, constraints, and assumptions for a large, strategic, multi-year program. Manages scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control, and requirements traceability. Contributes to the achievement of related area goals. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of complex, large scale change delivery. Relevant years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required; experience in financial services industry, capital markets and securities services is essential.
