Job Responsibilities:
- Collation and updating the Operational Risk Limits in the tool, tracking the persistent amber and red metrics, overseeing the data flow into the various governance forums.
- Support all regional/legal entity governance requirements including APAC, UK and European Bank Governance submissions which includes preparation of agenda, materials, minutes, tracking action points arising out of these forums.
- This also includes responsibilities related to Business Acceptance on Baseline, which is an extension of the onboarding process.
- Issue Management tracking and reporting.
- Perform core Operational Risk Framework processes e.g. Risk Appetite, Scenario Analysis process.
- Policy and Procedure Management for LoB Markets in Athena which includes managing periodic refresh, new documents, retirements, off cycle update, assist with projects of integration, preparation of metrics for presentations (as required).
- Assist with other Risk and Controls related tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/ Master’s degree/ or MBA relevant professional qualification would be advantageous.
- A number of years of experience of working in banking or other related industry environment.
- Basic understanding of Governance, Risk and Controls would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Good Communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Tools and applications.
- Ability to keep pace with a dynamic work environment, manage projects along with BAU, prioritize tasks as required.
