We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Senior Specialist to join our Conventional Trust Platform. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day‑to‑day operations of a client processing support team handling all aspects of client transactions and inquiries.
  • Use knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts.
  • Participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Manage the daily transactional workflow within the team and align team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact.
  • Develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective team collaboration.
  • Drive strategic initiatives contributing to the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, confident using phone and MS Teams.
  • Confident using MS Office e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in using digital tools.
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred.
