We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, POM Product Owner. This role is located in London – Hybrid (4 days).
As a member of the Global Collateral Platform team, the primary focus and responsibilities will be to deliver high value products / solutions and advance the Global Collateral agenda across the enterprise – specifically this role will focus on our digital collateral capabilities.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Collaborate with the senior product team to assist in developing and executing on product strategy and roadmap, bringing compelling digital asset capabilities to clients, with a particular focus on tokenization.
- Passionate about developing products which will change how the financial and collateral markets operate.
- Assist in formulating and defining the scope and objectives for product deliverables, with a thorough understanding of both traditional and digital asset and collateral domains.
- Partner with our Digital Assets team to understand opportunities for digital solutions to current collateral challenges, including blockchain and DLT capabilities (whether available internally or in the marketplace), to determine the best path forward, considering feasibility, maturity of solutions, cost, and time to market.
- Help ensure product market fit across traditional and digital segments, focusing on collateral, securities finance, and margin use cases.
- Assist in driving product execution from design through stakeholder management and governance processes.
- Help define product metrics, measure performance, and use data to inform product decisions.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience working in one or more of the following areas: derivatives collateral, securities finance, triparty collateral management, digital assets.
- Experience / interest in products in blockchain/DLT and related technologies, ideally with a strong understanding of the benefits of asset tokenization.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams comprising product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Experience working within a highly matrixed organization, in a product-focused role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to accomplish goals through others, including employees, peers, and other function/business areas of the company.
- Extensive experience in product management, owning products from ideation through to design and development is a plus
