We are seeking a Product Owner to join our team in Manchester – Hybrid work model.
You’ll Make An Impact by:
- Owning the loan product, including strategy, roadmaps, and initiatives
- Contributing to platform objectives using data, metrics, and goals
- Collaborating with operations and client teams to translate business needs into epics and stories
- Prioritizing work based on business value, revenue estimates, KPIs, and KRIs
- Providing daily guidance on story details and acceptance criteria
- Escalating issues appropriately and identifying complex interrelated problems
- Defining measurement and instrumentation for post-release analysis
- Assessing and improving user experience and UX quality
- Creating wireframes independently and with design teams
- Participating in validation and Sprint Reviews for story signoff
- Facilitating operational handoffs, training, and tracking metrics for future improvements
- Fostering agile practices, DevOps, and automated testing
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience in syndicated loans, private wealth loans, or related asset classes
- Ability to break down complex initiatives into manageable stories
- Strong collaboration, influence, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for innovation and adaptability to change
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- Product experience and familiarity with agile methodologies
