We are seeking a Product Owner to join our team in Manchester – Hybrid work model.

You’ll Make An Impact by:

• Owning the loan product, including strategy, roadmaps, and initiatives
• Contributing to platform objectives using data, metrics, and goals
• Collaborating with operations and client teams to translate business needs into epics and stories
• Prioritizing work based on business value, revenue estimates, KPIs, and KRIs
• Providing daily guidance on story details and acceptance criteria
• Escalating issues appropriately and identifying complex interrelated problems
• Defining measurement and instrumentation for post-release analysis
• Assessing and improving user experience and UX quality
• Creating wireframes independently and with design teams
• Participating in validation and Sprint Reviews for story signoff
• Facilitating operational handoffs, training, and tracking metrics for future improvements
• Fostering agile practices, DevOps, and automated testing

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Experience in syndicated loans, private wealth loans, or related asset classes
• Ability to break down complex initiatives into manageable stories
• Strong collaboration, influence, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for innovation and adaptability to change
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Product experience and familiarity with agile methodologies
