Shape the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of Liquidity Solutions capabilities Drive product initiatives from concept through implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet objectives, timelines, and business priorities Translate strategic goals into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technology teams Partner with product, sales, relationship management, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders on product enhancements and onboarding solutions Lead technical client onboarding and implementation for complex mandates, coordinating requirements, solution design, internal readiness, and deployment Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks between commercial opportunities, product setup, implementation, and operational activation Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, sequencing, ownership, and timelines Own assigned product outcomes, including business solutioning, deployment readiness, production launches, post-launch tracking, and stakeholder communications Use data and client feedback to assess product decisions, adoption, and performance, and identify opportunities for enhancement, process optimization, and scale Contribute to product messaging and communications about value propositions, business benefits, feature updates, and client impact Lead commercial and client engagement as needed, including customer outreach, implementation planning, and coordination for new business opportunities Monitor risk, control, and regulatory considerations for liquidity and cash-related products, and adjust priorities, requirements, and deliverables with senior leaders and control functions Ensure traceability from business needs through development, testing, launch, and outcome measurement
Требования:
At least 5 years of experience in financial services, product management, business analysis, or a related role Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including prioritization, testing, launch, and post-release monitoring Experience in product-oriented, cross-functional delivery environments and managing priorities across business, technology, and operations stakeholders Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans Ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple teams, dependencies, and implementation milestones Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to influence across functions and seniority levels, identify root causes, and propose scalable solutions Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to move work forward in a fast-paced environment Будет плюсом: Knowledge of liquidity, cash management, short-end investments, or treasury-related products; familiarity with client onboarding, implementation processes, or platform delivery in financial services; awareness of risk, regulatory, and control considerations for financial products and client solution delivery
