Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering We’re seeking a future team member for the role of

Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering to join our team.

This role is located in Manchester or London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Design, implement, and support endpoint and desktop management automation solutions across the enterprise.

Build and maintain solutions for software installation, upgrades, removals, patching, and configuration management.

Administer and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs), manage browser policies, and maintain login scripts to improve operational efficiency and end-user experience.

Troubleshoot incidents and issues related to desktop policies, software delivery, browser performance, and endpoint management, while reducing manual effort through scripting and automation.

Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, engineering, and operations teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, or infrastructure automation.

Strong hands-on experience with scripting tools such as Power Shell, VBScript, or batch scripting; group policy administration; software packaging and deployment tools; browser policy management for Chrome, Edge, and/or Firefox; and login script creation and troubleshooting.

Experience working in Windows enterprise environments and Active Directory, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred experience with Intune, MECM/SCCM, cybersecurity controls, endpoint hardening, enterprise-scale change and release processes, and identity/access integrations or user profile management.
