In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the Chief Privacy Officer and Global Privacy Office (GPO) Directors to operationalise BNY’s global privacy framework.
- Produce timely, accurate enterprise privacy metrics and insights.
- Allocate and monitor the completion of agreed privacy tasks, providing support to stakeholders in understanding and executing allocated tasks.
- Undertake risk-based reviews of deliverables to ensure they are completed to required quality standards before closing actions.
- Work with GPO leadership to manage and ensure timely responses to Internal Audit and Compliance Monitoring requests and remedial actions.
- Leverage technology (e.g. AI) to develop and implement improvements to BNY’s privacy framework, to help ensure the program remains highly effective.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors or advanced degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience within financial services or similar data driven and regulated environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient with technologies such as ServiceNow, Jira, MS Office suite. Experience with OneTrust and MS CoPilot/similar would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements.
- Team player with an open and collaborative approach to delivering required outcomes.
