Role Overview: Join our Client Services team to make a lasting impact by overseeing portfolios, managing transactions, and leading client engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Day‑to‑day oversight of assigned portfolios to ensure high client experience levels.
  • Transaction management of cash & trade (loans, bonds, etc.): engage with clients for timely execution, report review, and portfolio performance monitoring.
  • Continuous collaboration with Lead Manager and Group Manager on status of supporting teams.
  • Lead client meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Front Office Relationship Managers.
  • Escalate and resolve complex client issues to successful resolution.
  • Train support team on client and deal specific requirements.
  • Partner with Global Group Managers to streamline business operations and enhance controls.
  • Serve as escalation point, communicating with internal shared services, external investment managers, brokers, and clients.
  • Proactively monitor partner activities and hold regular meetings, escalating concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years Corporate Trust or related financial markets/securities industry experience, and minimum 7 years financial services industry experience.
  • Strong client management experience.
  • Ability to review deal governing documents.
  • Experience in loans (syndicated, bi‑lateral, real estate) very desirable.
  • Solid understanding of product administration and risk management & controls.
  • Proactively monitor and manage partner activities outside of Ireland.
  • Strong decision making and ability to quickly address issues.
  • Financial services technical skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and time‑management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in CLOs and syndicated loans very desirable.
