We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Scrum Leader to join our team. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Champion agile methodologies within the Scrum team by demonstrating expertise in agile practices and facilitating team adherence to agile principles.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team and product owner by leveraging your experience to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders by actively promoting transparency and open dialogue.
  • Address all facets of the agile development process by serving the business, product owner, team, and individuals, ensuring alignment and effective execution of project goals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support agile transformation initiatives within BNY by aligning team efforts with the organization's strategic pillars and principles.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and support Scrum teams.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and practices to drive project success and team improvement.
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
