How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders; translate analytical insights into compelling narratives and decision‑seeking materials tailored to diverse audiences (operations leaders, product owners, finance partners, and risk/compliance teams).
  • Develop automated processes, reporting and visualizations leveraging digital tools (e.g., Alteryx for data wrangling, UIPath for automation, Baseline for operational workflows) to reduce manual touchpoints and accelerate insights.
  • Participate on project teams and operating forums as the analytical lead; define measurement plans, success metrics, baselines, and control charts to ensure disciplined execution and sustained benefits.
  • Ensure alignment with governance standards and control requirements; uphold data quality, lineage, and stewardship practices within operational analytics and reporting.
  • Lead process re‑engineering initiatives, leveraging understanding of AI & digital tooling solutions, such as Alteryx, UIPath and Baseline, to deliver operational efficiencies, reduce manual touchpoints and allow us to be more client‑centric.
  • Elevate data literacy across Operations by teaching teams how to interpret metrics, detect signal vs. noise, and apply analytical methods (e.g., trend, cohort, and root‑cause analyses) to make better, faster decisions; build practical guidance on data definitions, quality standards, and visualization best practices.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • A number of years experience in operations analytics, business planning or process re‑engineering within complex environments; financial services or large‑scale operations experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis with hands‑on experience in one or more of: SQL, Python, Alteryx, UIPath, Baseline, or similar automation and data tooling.
  • Strong AI literacy and comfort leveraging AI‑driven tooling for research, drafting, analysis acceleration, and process automation; ability to evaluate where AI adds value and how to implement responsibly.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex analytical insights simply, tell a compelling story with data, and influence decisions across senior stakeholders.
  • High learning agility and curiosity; bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement; thrives in cross‑functional, fast‑paced settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Operations, Data/Analytics, Finance, or related field preferred.
