In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Capture of data from various data providers
- Correspond with clients via e‑mail and phone
- Work to tight deadlines (influenced by the market)
- Work with data to ensure accurate processing of transactions
- Utilize multiple bespoke systems to input and extract data
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Strong Excel skills (including the use of formulas)
- High level of attention to detail and evidence of identifying and correcting errors in a process/procedure
- Experience of working to short deadlines
- Highly numerate
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage own deadlines and workloads
- Experience of using non‑Microsoft systems (including employer bespoke systems) desirable
- Experience of reconciling data
- Experience of using workflow systems where diary notes are required
- Financial Services experience
- Experience or interest in the use of AI within the workplace
- Working with customer data
