We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Billing to join our Billing Platform team. This role is in Manchester.
Responsibilities- Work as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met for assigned tasks within invoicing, management fees and commissions.
- Ensure the work produced exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented.
- Demonstrate an effective control environment around the entire billing and commissions related processes.
- Work with large volumes of data, manipulating reports to ensure correct data is provided to the business and clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert on invoicing, management fees and commissions processes.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across the business to resolve client queries.
- Work on ad hoc projects and process reviews as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience of working with operational processes, client inquiries, and issue resolution in a fast ‑ paced environment.
- Experience of working in Billing/Finance Operations is preferred.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel knowledge (including data manipulation and data analysis).
- Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
- Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
