We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Global Payments & Trade Client Servicing team in EMEA. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Servicing clients across different market segments and/or regions with multiple countries and languages.
- Serve as the main contact for day‑to‑day client inquiries and manage different types of investigations including resolutions on specific products such as payment, trade or any other BNY Mellon product/service issues.
- Provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients.
- Provide day‑to‑day servicing support to BNY Mellon Treasury Services Relationship Management and maintain a positive client experience for our existing and potential new clients.
Qualifications
- Direct client‑facing experience within financial services.
- Experience with correspondent banking or understanding of payments product and lifecycle.
- Experience discussing client digital solutions to clients.
- Experience working in a global team.
- Fluent in German (essential).
