Third Party Risk Management Lead Location: Manchester, UK. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive third‑party risk reduction initiatives and commercial value through process transformation.
  • Develop vendor and inter‑affiliate management frameworks aligned with the evolving threat landscape, establishing performance metrics and reporting standards.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities for process automation and enhancement using AI.
  • Continuously monitor financial services and regulatory landscapes for threats and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners across the organization (Risk, Finance, IT, HR, and Legal).
  • Oversee the preparation of sourcing‑related reports and present them to senior management on a predetermined basis.
  • Participate in preparation for and delivery of interactions with regulatory bodies.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including Executive Committee-level, to assist with strategy and execution of wider sourcing management initiatives.
  • Direct, motivate, and develop professional staff and managers to maximize contributions and growth.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proven leadership track record in third‑party risk governance with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive experience in process redesign aligned with regulatory requirements and operational needs.
