We are seeking a future team member for the Operations Reclaims Projects & Test Lead position within our Tax Operations Strategy team, located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support requirement refinement, planning and implementation of application enhancements, and participate in functional and operational requirement development.
  • Test developed processes and train users on application enhancements and deployments.
  • Interface with Product and Engineering on behalf of Operations to improve business processes.
  • Produce materials and train Operations staff on application enhancements and deployments.
  • Track and action tasks related to Operational Readiness activities.
  • Support weekend implementations (approximately one per month), validating production releases.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Experience in Custody Operations, ideally Income Processing or Tax (Reclaims/Payments/Documentation).
  • Experience writing test scripts and executing User Acceptance Testing.
  • Experience with Jira.
