We are seeking a future team member for the Operations Reclaims Projects & Test Lead position within our Tax Operations Strategy team, located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support requirement refinement, planning and implementation of application enhancements, and participate in functional and operational requirement development.
- Test developed processes and train users on application enhancements and deployments.
- Interface with Product and Engineering on behalf of Operations to improve business processes.
- Produce materials and train Operations staff on application enhancements and deployments.
- Track and action tasks related to Operational Readiness activities.
- Support weekend implementations (approximately one per month), validating production releases.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience in Custody Operations, ideally Income Processing or Tax (Reclaims/Payments/Documentation).
- Experience writing test scripts and executing User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience with Jira.
