The Custody Client Change (CCC) Onboarding Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of a project or a defined project workstream. This role combines project management, business analysis, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure outcomes are delivered in line with client expectations and internal business requirements. Acting as the central interface between the client and internal teams, including Business, Technology, Product, and Operations, the CCC Project Manager ensures alignment, transparency, and disciplined execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all project governance standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
  • Adhere to required procedures and keep the project database updated.
  • Define the project delivery approach and establish processes for tracking and monitoring progress.
  • Set up project structures, workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with clients and operational teams to scope, define, and validate business requirements.
  • Secure formal sign‑off on requirements and ensure traceability throughout the project.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans.
  • Identify dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.

  • Conduct project reviews against objectives and document lessons learned.
  • Secure Operational Readiness sign‑off and ensure smooth transition to BAU.
  • Prepare detailed submissions for internal and external audit reviews.
  • Ensure the project meets all minimum governance and compliance requirements.
