We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, LEP Lead Platform Analyst - Communications & Insights to join our Loan Enablement team. This role is located in London.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver effective communication and messages on behalf of the Enterprise Platform Owner, including presentations, speeches, and internal and external reporting.
- Lead and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly Platform communication and insights to be delivered to various channels of BNY executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement cultural transformation efforts that align with the company's core values and strategic objectives; develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the cultural transformation strategy.
- Lead and/or support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed by the EPO and other senior leaders.
- Represent the EPO and the department in internal and external meetings, events, and other engagements as needed.
- Independently work on a wide array of activities associated with delivering Platform Objective and Key Results to monitor and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications.
- Take ownership of the function and drive its growth.
- Significant experience in communications and writing experience.
- Experience with executive reporting and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with business and/or project management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and initiatives.
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders required.
- Desire to learn and grow and take ownership of the function and drive improvements, efficiencies and positioning the internal brand.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive content with discretion.
