The Specialist, Administrative Support plays a pivotal role within the General Management/Administration function, contributing to the seamless operation of the Administrative Support job family. The Specialist ensures the effective management of administrative tasks, facilitating collaboration and productivity across various teams and departments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute administrative duties with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately in support of team objectives.
  • Assist in the coordination of departmental meetings and events by organizing schedules, materials, and logistics to promote effective collaboration.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records and documentation, utilizing organizational skills to manage data and information securely.
  • Support communication channels within the organization by drafting and distributing internal memos and announcements, ensuring consistent and clear messaging.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
