Responsibilities

  • Drive unprecedented and complex analysis and strategic execution across Global Operations teams and regions by leading high-impact initiatives that support operational priorities, strategies, and performance outcomes.
  • Serve as the senior accountable owner for complex, cross-functional initiatives of strategic importance, ensuring alignment, execution discipline, and measurable results.
  • Synthesize operational, financial, and risk metrics into clear, executive-level insights and narratives to support leadership decision-making and operating reviews, including internal business and client meetings.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders by translating operational priorities into executable plans, performance measures, and governance routines.
  • Lead and govern strategic programs and transformation initiatives, providing direction, challenge, and oversight to ensure disciplined and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Operations leadership team to align business management, reporting, and execution with operating, financial, and strategic objectives.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making across Global Operations by delivering high-quality management insights that support business results and long-term strategic goals.
  • Provide forward-looking insights on client trends through analysis of historical data and emerging patterns to support client review discussions.
  • Maximise team and operations staff effectiveness by fostering strong individual contributions and cohesive team performance in support of enterprise goals.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Experience in consulting/strategy and business management.
  • Experience in global operations business management.
  • Strong leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of implementing strategic change in an operational environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maximise collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing operational strategies to enhance working practices and maximise operational efficiencies.
