Role Purpose Accountable for shaping and driving a client-focused product strategy across the end-to-end solution lifecycle.

The role ensures product decisions balance client needs, service impacts, commercial outcomes, and platform priorities.

  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned to platform strategy.
  • Define and own the Client Journey and Client Management through out the Product Journey
  • Own end-to-end solution thinking, ensuring product design considers delivery, service, client experience, and operational impacts.
  • Partner with sales and business stakeholders to assess service components, support solutioning, and inform go-to-market and pricing decisions.
  • Use client, market, and competitive insights to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor product performance across value delivery, client outcomes, service quality, and financial results.
  • Manage product-related risks, escalations, and regulatory or compliance considerations.
  • Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver against agreed business outcomes.
