We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Tokenisation to join our Product & Innovation Team. We are seeking a highly motivated Director to lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of digital asset payment solutions. This role sits at the intersection of payments, blockchain, and financial services innovation. The ideal candidate will blend product expertise with a deep understanding of payment systems, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and emerging digital asset rails to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable products for institutional and corporate clients.

  • Define and own the product roadmap for digital asset–based payments, including stablecoin settlement, deposit tokens and cross-border rails.
  • Track market trends, regulatory developments, and customer needs to refine product strategy.
  • Ensure interoperability with traditional payment infrastructure (ACH, SWIFT, RTP, card networks).
  • Partner with compliance, legal, and risk functions to ensure products meet regulatory and security standards.
  • Partner with Product Commercialization to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the firm in industry forums, client meetings, and with regulators on digital asset payment topics.
  • Educate internal teams and clients on the value proposition of digital asset payments.

Experience: Vast experience in product management, payments, fintech, or digital assets. Prior experience with blockchain, stablecoins, or tokenisation strongly preferred. Understanding of payment networks (ACH, RTP, SWIFT, card schemes) and blockchain protocols (Ethereum, permissioned chains, Layer 2s). Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with financial regulations related to payments, AML/KYC, and digital assets. Ability to bridge technical details with commercial outcomes. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
