Responsibilities
- Lead by example in system design, code quality and agile development to engineer scalable and performant solutions across the full software lifecycle.
- Leverage AI to its full capability to accelerate innovation and solution delivery, promoting a culture of AI‑led development.
- Collaborate in small cross‑functional agile teams composed of product managers, traders, sales teams and fellow technologists who put the client at the heart of everything we do.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team, valuing relentless curiosity and a growth mindset.
- Work with product managers to devise and deliver new innovative FX products.
- Provide mentorship and guidance across the team, fostering professional growth and technical development.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
- Experience building mission‑critical systems, ideally in financial institutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Results‑driven personality.
- Passion for challenging the status quo, fostering out‑of‑the‑box thinking, and leading through change.
- Prior experience with front‑office trading systems.
- Low latency trading experience.
- Knowledge of co‑location infrastructure.
- Experience with high‑performance messaging systems.
