We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Strategy Lead to help shape and execute a comprehensive product strategy at the executive level that aligns with evolving market trends and client expectations. This role involves spearheading the Product Practice, Executive Committees, and Segment reviews while driving a cultural shift from bespoke solutions to scalable customisation, fostering innovation, efficiency, and enhanced client satisfaction. This role is located in London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market trends, client needs, and business objectives.

  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities, create business cases, and manage investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product strategies and initiatives effectively.
  • Drive implementation of new and evolved product solutions by translating strategic vision into gameplan and mobilizing teams for execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, market analysis, and client feedback to inform product development and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning across the product organization.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Vast experience in product strategy development and implementation.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive cultural change and promote innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in a product-led organization preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation to drive product decisions with data-driven insights.
