We’re seeking a future team member for the role of FX Program Trader to join our Global Markets Trading team. This role is located in London.

Responsibilities

  • Executing client FX orders in an efficient, timely, and cost‑effective manner in accordance with established procedures.
  • Analyzing trading and market data to generate insights that enhance execution quality and support the development of AI‑enabled trading tools.
  • Contributing to projects focused on improving execution practices, trading products, and desk procedures.
  • Acting as a subject matter resource on regional market conditions, liquidity trends, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
  • Maintaining high standards of risk awareness and ensuring all trading activity is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Partnering with regional and global colleagues to deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • A few years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in Custody FX or Emerging Markets FX trading.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, AI and ML for decision‑making and business improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
