Location: Manchester

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the processing of order execution, pricing and contract completion
  • Responsible for maintaining static data
  • Preparation of manual instructions
  • Sourcing manual pricing
  • Ensuring ongoing access to all market available portals
  • Handles all client queries and resolves issues within SLA
  • Monthly preparation of KRIs, Client Billing, Scorecard, Account Ownership and other required reports
  • Regular liaison with Fund Managers and Transfer Agents
  • Testing for releases, functional changes, and ad-hoc testing which can include weekend and early morning tests
  • Keeping procedures updated

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel including confident use of formulas, lookups and pivot tables
  • Good attention to detail, prioritisation and time management required
  • Experience in dealing with clients over the phone and written (email)
  • Proactive approach to work and ability to adapt to change and use initiative to overcome challenges

Desirable:

  • Understanding of Funds and securities settlement
  • Experience of Funds dealing
  • Experience of dealing with Fund Managers and Transfer Agents
