We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund Accounting Client Manager to join our Accounting Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

1. Owning client relationships on behalf of Fund Accounting Operations acting as both an internal and external escalation point.
2. Being responsible for delivering high levels of service to BNY Fund Accounting clients based on agreed client KPIs and being accountable for driving service improvement where required.
3. Representing BNY Fund Accounting on client service review meetings, board meetings and any other relationship governance meetings as required.
4. Playing a prominent role in project activity, including onboardings and significant change client change events.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

1. Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
2. 5-7 years of total work experience with relevant Fund Accounting operations background required.
