We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Relationship Management to join our Corporate Trust Investment Managers, Relationship Management team. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support Investment Managers Group, Relationship Managers (RMs) to deepen client coverage and in the identification of new business opportunities.
  • Own client engagement and internal coordination for designated new deals throughout onboarding, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Gather and track key market and client data using available tools and established contacts; provide team updates, maintain a reference database, identify areas for analysis, and draft reports for internal circulation.
  • Act as backup to the RM when required (e.g., travel, client meetings, vacation).
  • Continuously build your knowledge of the debt capital markets, with a particular focus on developments in the private credit market, and share regular insights across the team.
  • Serve as a key liaison with CT Product, CT Client Service, the Asset Servicing Implementation Group, and the Enterprise Operating Platform (EOP).
  • Assist RMs in creating and maintaining client presentation packs and in the completion of Responses For Proposals (RFPs).
  • Organise and attend new business presentations and periodic Client Service Review meetings with designated RMs.
  • Explore and apply AI to enhance workflows and deliver efficiency benefits across the team.
  • Ensure administrative tasks for the RM team are completed accurately and on time.
  • Cultivate and leverage a strong network across BNY.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of relevant work experience in CLOs and private credit.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to further develop leadership and influencing skills; recognised collaborator by colleagues and clients.
  • Strong team orientation, with eagerness to tackle new challenges and work across diverse workstreams.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure, with a track record of delivering against deadlines.
