We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Service Delivery General Management Manager to join our UK Transfer Agency Operations team. This role is located in Manchester.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UK Transfer Agency operations across dealing, investor servicing/core recordkeeping, settlements and reconciliations, ensuring end-to-end service delivery, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Own the TA operating model and control environment: governance, risk and issue management, operational resilience, reconciliations oversight, and audit/regulatory readiness for recordkeeping activities.
  • Provide senior oversight of client, distributor and fund governance interactions for Transfer Agency—managing escalations, service performance, and delivery against SLAs/contractual commitments.
  • Set strategy and drive continuous improvement across TA processes, data quality and technology change; lead and develop managers/teams and manage financial and workforce plans for the UK TA organisation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 3-5 years in management. Service delivery experience preferred.
  • The role is certified by BNY under the Senior Manager Certification Regime.
