Join BNY as a Director, Client Executive. BNY is a leading global financial services company with a culture that supports employee growth and success. Our teams harness cutting‑edge AI and technologies to drive transformative solutions for clients worldwide. We are seeking a future team member to support the Asset Owner Community (Pensions, Foundations, Endowments). The role is based in London.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of clients, driving development of new business while maintaining existing revenue streams.
- Convey deep industry knowledge and achieve organic incremental growth (revenue, asset) goals within assigned portfolios.
- Prospect new client relationships and facilitate onboarding of new revenue and assets.
- Work closely with business development teams to align relationship‑management strategy with overall sales strategy; serve as the ultimate escalation point for client satisfaction.
- Coordinate across firm‑wide resources (product, global client management, marketing, legal, compliance, etc.) to address sales priorities and client needs; proactively inform clients of industry developments or firm thought leadership.
- Ensure client onboarding and risk‑management activities are conducted and captured (KYC, BAC, etc.).
- Attend industry events and conferences to remain visible in the market and stay current on industry trends and competitor services/offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience; graduate degree preferred.
- Extensive years of total work experience desired.
- Financial Services experience focused on the Asset Owner Community (pensions, foundations, endowments); prior experience in relationship management, client services or account management preferred.
- Experience with alternative or investment manager clients is a plus.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
