This role is located in Manchester or London, UK.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of a broad range of vendor agreements, with a particular emphasis on technology-related contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and other agreements governing the supply of goods and services.Advise and support the Enterprise Sourcing Office in maintaining and enhancing a robust governance framework. This includes aligning practices with global regulatory expectations and the firm’s risk appetite.
