We are looking for a Compliance Governance Reporting Lead to join our Compliance team in Manchester on a hybrid basis. This role involves supporting the execution and continuous improvement of compliance risk management and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish consistent compliance risk reporting standards across the firm to promote effective oversight and timely decision-making.
  • Define clear principles for designing and producing compliance risk reports.
  • Document reporting change management processes and ensure audit trails are well maintained.
  • Identify and escalate data quality issues in reporting.
  • Support automation of reporting processes, including dashboards, AI, and machine learning initiatives, ensuring compliance interests are incorporated.
Additional Compliance Governance Support
  • Assist in documenting key compliance processes and supporting compliance initiatives.
  • Oversee Global Compliance Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), including addressing gaps and action plans.
  • Support reporting and quality assurance tasks for the Ethics office.
  • Coordinate with regulatory and internal audit teams, including exam management and responses.
General Responsibilities
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving compliance and controls.
  • Analyze control processes for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with business managers to respond to regulatory and audit reports.
  • Assess control effectiveness and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare timely reports and escalate issues as needed.
  • No direct reports, but provide guidance to junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; business or finance degree preferred.
  • Background in financial services, audit, or compliance is preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting best practices.
  • Knowledge of compliance risk management systems.
  • Experience in audit, regulatory liaison, or strategy/program management is a plus.
