We are seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Success to join our EMEA Wealth Client Enablement team. This role is located in London/Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Become proficient in BNY Pershing's systems (Nexus, Nexus Wealth, Nexus Investor) and deliver client training across live, virtual, and on-demand formats; assist in building and maintaining an e-learning catalogue.
- Develop, update, and maintain multimedia training materials and user guides aligned to system functions, screens, and associated processes/products.
- Support live and post-live client activities on site; partner with Sales and Relationship Managers to demo systems for prospective clients and run internal presentations for Pershing employees.
- Take a consultative approach with clients and prospects to optimise system adoption and usage, enabling successful onboarding and deeper penetration of Pershing services.
- Handle training administration (session scheduling, logistics, materials, tracking/reporting) and contribute to continuous improvement based on client feedback.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education/Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years total work experience, including prior systems-based training in Financial Services; solid knowledge of training theories and practices.
- Hands-on proficiency with technical systems; ability to quickly learn Pershing workflows and translate complex functions into clear, client-friendly training.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with excellent written language skills; confident communicator with a sales and consultative driven approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset; comfortable supporting live/post-live activities and travelling within the UK and internationally as needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic Teams; familiarity with Portfolio Management systems would be beneficial.
