Location: Manchester, UK – HYBRID
Conduct oversight of work processed in our operational processing centers to ensure all client service standards are met/exceeded. This work may include managing change, records maintenance, payments, reconciliation of invoices and other processes for Transfer Agency. Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, issues, and incidents and analyze data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement, owning the review and maintenance of relevant procedures with our print vendor.
Support the operations manager with daily workflow management, training, and development within the team, and participate in periodic reviews and audits with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all work is processed in line with clients’ regulatory requirements including CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR and Consumer Duty as applicable.
Qualifications
- Combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities of the role.
- A bachelor's degree may be beneficial, but not necessarily required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred but we will consider less experienced candidates.
- Experience in a financial services operational area and/or oversight preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, data analysis and data mapping experience preferred.
- VBA knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
- Willingness to develop personal skills in AI/Digital Tools preferred.
