We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing I I to join our Custody team. This role is based in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for review, investigation and response on client Fund queries
- Cash and stock break resolution
- Daily checklist of Fund administration duties which could include account opening, dealing or settlement tasks
- Chasing Fund Managers and Transfer Agents for outstanding information
- Testing for releases, functional changes, and ad‑hoc testing
- Review and update of procedures
- Use of multiple systems and Excel
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Excellent attention to detail, proactivity and time management required
- Experience in dealing with clients at a high service standard over the phone and written (email)
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (including formulas and data comparison/manipulation)
- Understanding of Funds and securities settlement desirable
- Use of SWIFT messaging software desirable
