About the Program
Our 24‑month analyst program is a holistic talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career. Through projects across specific lines of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNY’s entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks. In each role, you will work on high‑priority initiatives and develop a comprehensive set of analytical and interpersonal skills. As part of a highly selective program, you will gain unparalleled exposure to senior leadership and receive personalized guidance and support from a peer mentor. Upon successful completion, you will be considered for high‑impact roles in multiple functions.
Risk & Compliance
Risk & Compliance, led by the Chief Risk Officer, oversees BNY's management of risk and compliance. Interns are placed in one of eight themes: Credit Risk, Treasury & Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk, Technology Risk Management, Market Risk, Compliance, Model Risk, Enterprise‑wide Functions.
Program Eligibility
- Enrollment in a 3‑year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors.
- Graduating in Dec 2025 or Aug 2026.
- Minimum 2:2 classification.
- No sponsorship for employment visa status required (now or future) in the country you apply from.
