  • Managing failed trades, exceptions, and operational issue resolution
  • Supporting client onboarding, static data, and KYC-related processes
  • Handling client, adviser, and internal stakeholder queries within SLA timeframes
  • Liaising with custodians, transfer agents, fund managers, and internal teams
  • Supporting corporate actions and wider asset servicing activity (Custody)
  • Producing operational reporting, MI, KRIs, and control documentation
  • Supporting audit requirements, regulatory controls, and CASS-related processes
  • Contributing to process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives

At Senior Associate level, you will also take on:

  • Acting as an SME and escalation point within the team
  • Reviewing work and supporting quality control across daily operations
  • Supporting workflow allocation and operational prioritisation
  • Assisting with governance reporting and control oversight
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting development
  • Contributing to change, transformation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Supporting offshore teams and cross-location coordination

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Experience in Investment Operations, Funds Operations, Custody, Transfer Agency, or Wealth / Platform Operations
  • Strong understanding of investment products (Mutual Funds, ETFs, OEICs, Unit Trusts, etc.)
  • Experience in reconciliations, settlements, or trade lifecycle processing
  • Strong attention to detail and a control-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid Excel skills (lookups, pivots, formulas, reporting)
  • A problem-solving and process improvement mindset

Desirable Experience:

  • Custody Operations or Corporate Actions exposure
  • NAV, pricing, or fund accounting experience
  • CASS / client asset protection awareness
  • Experience with platforms such as Bloomberg, SimCorp, or similar systems

We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds across investment operations, asset servicing, custody, fund administration, transfer agency, platform operations, securities operations, or wealth management operations environments. Suitable candidates may currently be working within areas such as:

  • Funds Operations
  • Custody Operations
  • Transfer Agency
  • Settlements & Trade Support
  • Corporate Actions
  • Reconciliations
  • Asset Servicing

We are open to candidates from both operational processing and client servicing backgrounds, particularly those who have worked within regulated financial services environments managing high-volume transactions, reconciliations, controls, and stakeholder interaction. Senior Associate level candidates will ideally have experience acting as an escalation point, supporting oversight responsibilities, mentoring junior team members, or contributing towards process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
