We are hiring Vice President (VP) level professionals across three key operational domains within BNY Pershing’s Wealth Services Platform. These roles sit within high-volume, regulated custody and asset servicing operations, supporting global clients across tax, corporate actions, and fund services.
You will be responsible for leading operational teams, improving controls, driving efficiency, and ensuring accurate and timely client servicing across complex financial products and markets.
- Vice President – Tax Operations
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversight of global tax operations including withholding tax, reclaims, treaty relief, FATCA/CRS reporting, and 1446f processing
- Managing tax-related controls, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Ensuring accuracy of dividend taxation and income processing across jurisdictions
- Leading issue resolution, exception management, and client tax queries
- Driving improvements in tax processing automation and controls
- Partnering with compliance and regulatory teams on tax governance frameworks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong tax operations experience in financial services
- Knowledge of FATCA, CRS, withholding tax regimes, and tax reporting frameworks
- Experience with reconciliations and control environments
- Strong stakeholder management and operational leadership skills

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading end-to-end corporate actions processing (mandatory and voluntary events)
- Ensuring accurate client event processing across custody platforms
- Managing operational risk, deadlines, and event reconciliation accuracy
- Acting as escalation point for complex corporate action events and client issues
- Driving improvements in automation, standardisation, and workflow efficiency
- Collaborating with custodians, agents, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in corporate actions or custody operations
- Strong knowledge of equities, securities processing, and market events
- Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive operational environments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capability

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Management of mutual fund operations including fund dealing, settlements, share class conversions, and AML due diligence
- Oversight of fund onboarding and fund manager account processes
- Ensuring accurate execution of fund orders and settlement activities
- Maintaining operational control models, MI, and performance reporting
- Managing client queries and fund-related escalations
- Driving process improvement and automation across fund operations
