Vice President – Corporate Actions within its Enterprise Custody Services Operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services operations leader with a background in

Corporate Actions, Custody Operations, Asset Servicing, Securities Operations, or Investment Operations who is passionate about people leadership, client service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

You will lead a critical operational function, overseeing day-to-day delivery, strengthening controls, developing high-performing teams, and driving service improvements within a highly regulated environment.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in leading and enhancing Corporate Actions operations, with responsibility for:

  • Corporate Actions event processing and operational oversight
  • Client service delivery and stakeholder management
  • Operational controls and risk management

  • Monitor performance and ensure delivery against departmental objectives
  • Risk, Controls & Governance
  • Maintain a strong control environment and operational risk framework
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards
  • Monitor KRIs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
  • Support audit activity, regulatory reviews, and remediation initiatives
  • Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the team
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Client Service teams
  • Manage client queries, escalations, and service improvement initiatives
  • Support the delivery of excellent client outcomes and service standards
  • Change & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive automation, digitalisation, and process enhancement initiatives

  • Experience monitoring and managing team performance against KPIs and KRIs
  • Ability to lead teams within high-volume, deadline-driven operational environments
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies

Desirable Experience

  • Custody or Asset Servicing experience
  • Securities Operations background
  • Exposure to operational transformation programmes
  • Experience implementing automation or digital solutions

  • Advanced Excel, MI, and operational reporting skills
