Senior Client Services Manager Location: Edinburgh, United Kingdom (hybrid role).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality, efficient and professional levels of service are maintained for our clients at a senior level.
  • Drive efficiencies and champion change within the Client Management Team and the wider Depositary.
  • Support clients and colleagues by maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge.
  • Lead client review meetings and coordinate the production of reporting for these forums.
  • Manage and coordinate the review of change events / client scheme documentation, obtaining necessary input from other T&D business areas.
  • Identify and maximise cross selling opportunities for BNY’s products and services, participating in new client pitches and providing input to RFP/RFI as required.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or relevant professional business qualification.
  • In depth knowledge and experience of CIS.
  • Industry experience with a custodian/fund manager in a client facing role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
