We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Tax Operations to join our enterprise custody Services Operations team. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Play a key role within the Tax Operations team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles.
  • The role will require both supervisory and hands on involvement in day‑to‑day processing.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.
  • Serve as point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management.
  • Build a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and professional growth across the team.

To be successful in this role:

  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in financial services operations.
  • Tax Operations experience covering global withholding tax and treaties, Tax Relief at Source, Reclaims, AEOI reporting (FATCA).
