We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Product Ownerto join our Enterprise Onboarding Platform team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for forward-thinking product planning, managing multiple product backlogs, and mentoring junior Product Owners
  • Product Execution: Able to write specs for minor features and contribute meaningfully to specs for major features
  • Customer Insights: Formulates the right business questions to be asked and knows how to track down data to inform decisions
  • Product Strategy: Understand business outcomes and how product decisions impact tradeoffs
  • Bridge the gap between user experience (UX) and product development, translating user needs into actionable product features and ensuring a user-centred design throughout the product lifecycle
  • Higher level of experience and expertise in product management
  • Full ownership of the product backlog and near-term roadmap, ensuring that it is properly refined, prioritized, and groomed

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business management, technology or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
  • Product Owner experience in the financial industry required
  • Ability to negotiate the implementation of current work, make the right trade-off decisions to launch products in a high-quality manner
  • Ability to efficiently assess the quality and readiness of a release
