We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Reporting – Funds to join our Front Office Services team. This role is located in London. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Oversight and production of key reporting for regulated fund ranges, including: Fund Factsheet and commentary documents UCITS KIIDs and PRIIPS KIDs Solvency II TPT Regulatory data templates including EMT, EPT and EET Costs and Charges reporting including MiFID II ex-post reporting, CTI and DCPT templates. Work closely with client stakeholders including Oversight teams, fund ManCos and Compliance. Oversee service delivery from vendors and support quarterly service reviews. Maintain appropriate documentation e.g. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), skills matrices, deliverables trackers. Track progress of deliverables, escalating delays, issues or risks on a timely basis. Ensure all key control requirements are met. Identify and implement process improvements, including solutions to mitigate risk, increase automation and standardisation. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Proactive, self-motivated individual who can work well independently and as part of a team, build strong relationships with stakeholders and consistently deliver high quality work with a detailed methodical approach. Have a detailed knowledge of global securities, investment strategies, market data and funds. Knowledge of Solvency II, MiFID II EMT, PRIIPs EPT, CTI. Experience of Morningstar Publishing Service or equivalent systems would be advantageous.
