We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager II to join our Client Processing team. This role is located in Liverpool and is Hybrid (4 days).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Performs (sometimes complex) operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing updates to client accounts or company records.
  • Conducts independent analysis and policy interpretation.
  • Manages a small to medium team that handles global clearance in multiple markets.
  • Executes all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
  • Manages the day-to-day transactional queues, ensuring strong risk mitigation through adequate controls, resourcing, reconciliation, and escalation.
  • Maintains correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimising exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
  • Oversees settlement flow from clients, able to collate and report on this data.
  • Provides product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
  • Assists in the development of new products and services to continually deliver more for clients and run our company better.
  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to ensure continual improvement and power our culture.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Experience in dealing with clients over the phone and written (email).
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent client service.
  • Ability to adapt to change and use initiative to overcome challenges.
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • Understanding of UK and International market settlement in cash, stock, or both required.
  • Use of SWIFT messaging software required.
  • Ability to reconcile complex movements in cash and stock against local agents.
  • Experience in managing and running a team of people.
  • Ability to compile and track management information.
