We’re seeking a Vice President, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC Manager II to join our Markets Product Onboarding team in Manchester, with a hybrid work model. In this role, you will:
- Manage a team responsible for advising clients or supporting onboarding, transition, and conversion projects.
- Oversee team performance, coaching, and project management, setting priorities aligned with business goals.
- Serve as the primary contact for our Markets business partners in the UK and EMEA region.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, track results, and create team metrics and dashboards.
- Allocate resources across multiple Markets products to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for UK and EMEA regulatory requirements related to onboarding (e.g., CASS, MiFID).
- Handle escalations for complex issues.
- Coordinate with product, technology, and client service teams for seamless operations.
- Recruit, motivate, and develop staff, resolving complex onboarding issues and fostering professional growth.
- Manage financial resources, focusing on short-term goals.
To succeed, candidates should have:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10-12 years of total work experience, with 3-5 years in management preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required.
