We are seeking a Vice President, Client Implementations and Transformation, to join our UK Transfer Agency team in Manchester, UK – HYBRID.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the delivery of EMEA Transfer Agency system releases, including core record-keeping platforms and portals.
- Coordinate with internal IT, development partners, vendors, and client service teams on release contents.
- Oversee validation of changes and operational procedures.
- Manage implementation events and warranty periods.
- Support operational teams by identifying and implementing changes to enhance their operating model.
Qualifications include:
- A combination of education, training, and experience; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not required.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial services or project delivery preferred, but less experienced candidates will be considered.
- Experience in operational roles within financial services is preferred.
- Willingness to develop skills in AI and digital tools.
