We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Processing Manager to join our UK Transfer Agency Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage Client Processing activities through other managers or a large team of senior professionals.
- Serve as a top level of support for external clients who could not have problems resolved at a lower level.
- Ensure that the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented.
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve the experience for all stakeholders.
- Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
- Provide input into departmental budgets and planning.
- May develop business plans for team/group operations.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
