We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Liquidity & ALM, International Treasury, Senior Vice President to join our International Treasury team.

This role is located in London, UK.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways

  • Lead and coordinate liquidity frameworks across entities in EMEA, APAC and Brazil, ensuring alignment with the corporate framework and consistency across banking and non‑banking legal entities, including liquidity policies, intraday liquidity methodologies, Contingency Funding Plans and Recovery Plan liquidity components.
  • Drive consistency, governance and best practice across jurisdictions and partner across Treasury, Risk, Legal Entity management and other control functions to ensure frameworks remain current, connected and operationally effective.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory expectations across relevant jurisdictions and support interpretation and incorporation of those expectations into internal frameworks and documentation.
  • Support governance, regulatory engagement and review activity, including responses to regulatory requests, second line review, internal audit activity and remediation efforts where required.
  • Represent International Treasury at governance forums and committees on liquidity framework, policy and risk management topics.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve the efficiency, sustainability and quality of framework maintenance, document production, monitoring and change management processes.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following

  • Significant experience in Treasury, Risk, balance sheet management or a similar role, with strong expertise in frameworks and governance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables across a complex international environment where stakeholder management is important.
  • Knowledge of liquidity risk management, including liquidity metrics and regulatory expectations, ideally across EMEA, APAC and Brazil.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and effective policy and governance documentation.
